CEO & President (Partner)
With more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology space and 12 years in the Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) ecosystem, Mr. Stephenson is leading CLEARGOALS’ strategy and execution. Besides overseeing the company’s vision and operations, his responsibilities also include activities such as Business Development, Customer Management, and Project Supervision.
Prior to joining CLEARGOALS in late 2009, Benoit Stephenson worked for Unica Corporation (which was later acquired by IBM) for 7 years, as a Senior Director within the Professional Services organization. Prior to Unica Corporation, Mr. Stephenson worked for very early start-ups in Silicon Valley, as well as very large companies such as Oracle Corporation (HQ), and DMR (now part of Fujitsu).
Vice-President of Professional Services (Partner)
A seasoned veteran in the IT/EMM industry, Domenico has worked on many varied projects across different verticals, across various geographical regions and assumed many roles throughout his career from Solutions Consultant to Project Management. As a member of the CLEARGOALS executive team, Domenico’s responsibilities include:

- Assist, train and coach other consultants
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Kevin Serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CLEARGOALS. Kevin is a 25 year veteran in the marketing technology space and has worked in both Sales and Marketing leadership roles. Formerly a co-founder of marketing automation software vendor, Salesfusion, Kevin brings a wealth of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing technology and has also worked to build high performance sales teams and demand generation programs for a number of companies in the technology space.
Prior to joining CLEARGOALS, Kevin served as CMO and VP Marketing Automation strategy for Salesfusion. Kevin aslo served as VP Sales for Marketbright and help Sales and Business Development leadership roles at NuEdge Systems, Metavante Corporation and Onyx Software.
Director, Professional Services
Mr. Sarlabous works with some of the largest companies in North America implementing and executing multi-channels campaigns using sophisticated and complex Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) solutions, leveraging advanced enterprise products such as IBM Campaign & IBM Marketing Operations, among others. He is helping customers to implement and integrate the IBM ExperienceOne suite (aka “Enterprise Marketing Management”, Unica, etc.) within their current infrastructure to answer the related specific needs and requirements.
Before joining CLEARGOALS in late 2010, Mr. Sarlabous was leading the campaign execution team at Aeroplan / AIMIA as a Manager for 7 years, where he participated in the implementation of the Unica Suite (now part of the IBM ExperienceOne suite).
Director of Operations
Roxanne has more than 15 years of experience in management operations and human resources. She has supervised operational efficiency on a daily basis in order to optimize its service. She also has an extensive knowledge of the legislation and she has coached and leaded sales and business development team.
Prior joining CLEARGOALS in 2014, Roxanne Dubé worked with Aon Hewitt’s as a Business Delivery Manager for 8 years where she was dealing with numerous type of organizations providing business consulting services.
As the Director of Operations, her responsibility is to oversee day to day activities, as well as participating in long term strategy of the company and its planning and execution.
Manager, Professional Services
Since entering the CRM/EMM market space in 2007, Teri has been involved with several Marketing Operations implementations across many industries.
She is an MBA graduate based out of Columbus, OH with experience in the Retail Marketing and Information Technology fields. She began her career out of college as a Marketing Analyst for a major credit card services company.
